I understand that the picture online isn’t exactly what the arrangement that you order is going to look like but these two weren’t even close. Lack of roses and the substitution of flowers made the arrangement look like the name needed to be changed to DG Barbie!!! It was filled with lily’s instead of roses!!

We would like to clarify that the arrangement was placed at 9:30 PM the night before with a requested delivery window between 9 AM and 1 PM the following morning. Orders placed after business hours for next-day morning delivery are considered same-day designs for our team, which means we must work with the freshest inventory available in the shop at that time.
Due to the timing of the order, substitutions were necessary based on what we had in stock. While we always aim to replicate inspiration photos as closely as possible, certain blooms can vary depending on availability, especially with last-minute requests.
Lilies in particular are typically more expensive than standard roses. The flowers used in your arrangement were equal in value to what was ordered, and in our professional opinion, the substitutions were of equal or higher quality.
